AGP yearly publishes report on irregularities in govt institutes.

Ideally they should just pick that report and do a quick analysis on which ones to investigate in first batch and second batch etc.

I believe this is a very daddoo move by IK. Waste of time and resources plus opposition will get a chance to cry foul play
