Our installed capacity is 30600MW and we are using almost half of it on average. Thanks to the poor planning, contracts and priorities of idiot Nooni Kanjars.

For easy understanding, the power plants they installed (for billions in kickbacks) is like a rental generator, no matter if you use it on full capacity or don't use them at all, you still have to pay the capacity payment just like rent of generator (less fuel). Next financial year we have to pay about 900 billion in capacity payment.
