its not an actual job, its an honorary position... its not like he actually works there, he only plays cricket for them so the money they pay him is according to a phantom job position... most of the good players (int + domestic) are given such positions within big companies (basically a way of paying/sponsoring/awarding the player)... so basically if they had him on a honorary position of say lvl 4 employee pay wages, now they improved it to lvl 5 employee pay wages....

wow i only did an example that they moved him from lvl/grade 4 to 5.... and now media is reporting just that... lolz... i didnt know meri chiriya itni achi khabri hai...
