PIA pilot arrested for intoxication by British police

BRADFORD: An airline pilot is in police custody after being arrested on suspicion of being intoxicated while in charge of a plane.
The 54-year-old pilot believed to be associated with Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) was arrested from the Leeds Bradford airport last night while making pre-flight checks in the cockpit of the Airbus 310 aircraft.
A West Yorkshire Police spokesman said: "At about 10 PM police were called to Leeds Bradford International Airport where they arrested an airline pilot on suspicion of carrying out an activity ancillary to an aviation function while impaired by drink. The 54-year-old man, from Pakistan, is currently in custody."
180 passengers were on board at the time of the arrest and were taken off the plane and provided overnight lodging in a hotel.

لندن: قومی فضائی کمپنی کی جانب سے مسافروں کو پیش کی جانے والی لاجواب سروس کی مثالیں آئے دن نظر آتی ہیں لیکن اس کی ایک مثال برطانیہ میں بھی پیش کی گئی جب نشے میں دھت پائلٹ نے طیارہ اڑانے کی کوشش کی تاہم اسے گرفتار کرلیا گیا۔

برطانوی شہر بریڈ فورڈ سے 180 مسافروں کو گزشتہ روز قومی ایئر لائن کی پرواز کے ذریعے وطن واپس آنا تھا لیکن ایسا نہ ہوسکا کیونکہ پرواز سے قبل طیارے میں موجود مسافروں کو پتہ چلا کہ طیارہ جسے اڑانا ہے وہ تو شراب کے نشے میں دھت ہے۔ پائلٹ کو طیارے سے نکالنے کی کوشش ناکام ہوئی تو پولیس کو آنا پڑا اور اس نے طیارے کے کاک پٹ سے شرابی پائلٹ کو نکال کر حراست میں لے لیا۔

برطانیہ کی ویسٹ یارک شائر پولیس نے پائلٹ کی گرفتاری کی تصدیق کرتے ہوئے کہا ہے کہ پائلٹ کو ایوی ایشن قوانین کی خلاف ورزی اور 180جانوں کوخطرےمیں ڈالنے پر حراست میں لیا گیا ہے۔​

PIA staff is against privatisation becuase private investor will kick these idiots out. Now pilots union will protest and then pilot will be back to his job in next few days.

اسکا پائلٹ کا لائسنس کم از کم ٣/٦ مہ کے لیے(انٹرنیشنل اور ڈومیسٹک فلائٹ کے لیے ) سسپینڈ کیا جانا چاہئیے اور پی ائی اے سے انتے عرصے کے لیے چھٹی بغیر تنخواہ کے ہونی چاہئیے ،تاکہ انکو پرواز کے اصولوں کا پتا چلے...

It is time for Pakistan and whole muslims to wake up & sort something out for the better or tomorrow for our children as united muslims !

What was going in his mind while flying a airplane belong to PIA?

Now his career to look at it personal point of view from his mind set : Career gone ! travel to & from other countries gone : assets he saved will be depleated : future re-habilitation costs will be incured : bad reputation for PIA as usual if not PAKISTAN on the collective!

Look people we can't risk or make reputation of Pakistan in eyes of Mohammed Ali Jinnah to risk for few or 1 army clan general ! Imagin if things turned out worse he crashed the damn plane with f***** PIA tag on crashsite than what sanction you will incur?

Fyi : remember what U.N. did to Libya for Pan Am flight crashed in 1980s in scotland? 1.9 billion $ to pay for family of victims by government Libya for next 40 years & bombed them too!!!
