PF-69 By-Elections,PTI KPk awards ticket to Ayub Bhitani

PESHAWAR : Ayub bhitani will be the candidate of PTI for PF-69 TANK By-Election.This was decided in a parliamentary board meeting held in Peshawar. The board Headed by Provincial President Asad Qaiser, Included :GS Shah Farman ,Secretary Information Saad Abdullah and RO Nasir Khattak.
The board first held interviews with the aspiring candidates who had been called on the basis of their applications put up earlier. The parliamentary board unanimously decided to award ticket to Malik Ayub Bhitani.
It is interesting to note that , Ayub Bhitani has previously contested the same constituency from PTI platform in 1997 against the same candidate Mr Habibullah Kundi.Mr Kundi bagged 10470 votes and won the election while Ayub Bhitani came second securing around 7000 votes.Mr Kundi It must be remembered is famous for shifting his loyalties and swtiching his parties.This time he is contesting from ANP side.
Ayub Bhitani is the founding member of PTI ,He served the party in capacity of district president and Provincial vice president .He also remained District Naib Nazim of Tank.
The electoral scenario building in the constituency reflects that it will be PTI Vs All PARTIES election.PTI intends to put full focus on this constituency as it will pave the way of serving as a positive trend setter in favour of the party especially in Khyber Pukhtunkhwa in the coming general elections.
