When prices went up last, the price of international oil was almost $68.....and for more than a month now, the price has dipped below $60, and currently stands at $56 or so. Price has dropped more than 20% over the past month, and these clowns are fooling their constituents by reducing it by 4% after a month's delay. Carry on.
