they usually release very clear and good quality video when they hit a Taliban from a helicopter or an Iraqi insurgent from an aircraft. Why is this UFO video so low quality as if shot in the 1970s?

This is footage from FLIR or IR targeting pods and from quite a distance and at high rate of speed, It's not like they knew UFOs were going to pass from there and they were waiting with their 4K UHD cams
There is way too much evidence and testimony to disregard visitors from not this planet.
