You may have heard some phrases like "Done and Dust" & "Checkmate" in last few days by PDM and their media wing. Let's analyze who gave checkmates and when:
1) When whole PDM thought that IK was checkmated on April 9, 2022, just 24 hours later, people of Pakistan registered the largest leaderless Protest in every city of Pakistan. The important thing was that in the past when PMs were ousted, people came out on streets to give Mithai. This time, people protested and created history; the National Anthem in Karachi that night still gives goosebumps.
That was the first checkmate by Awaam!
2) When PDM took Punjab Govt after regime change operation, they had all the support of Govt machinery, they already had ECP in check and establishment was also backing them. But guess what happened on July 17th Punjab By-Elections? PDM Media wing had predicted 2-3 seats for PTI, instead PTI won 17 seats out of 20. After Rigging, PTI was reduced to 15 seats but that's still 3/4 Majority if PDM can do the Math right.
This was the checkmate second time.
3) PDM cleverly decided to hold National Assembly By-Elections in the constituencies where PDM's combined votes were greater than PTI's Vote in 2018 Elections. Guess what happened, PTI won 7 out of 9 National Assembly seats on October 16, 2022 By-Elections. One of the lost seats (from Karachi) was also heavily rigged. After that Govt stopped By-Elections on vacant NA seats.
Third Time Checkmate it was.
4) Then came the time for Punjab Assembly vote of confidence in Jan 2023 right before Assembly Dissolve event. Every analyst in the country predicted that Imran Khan will not be able to complete the numbers, but guess what, we completed the 186 magic number and PDM got the surprise of their lives.
Fourth Checkmate if you are still counting.
5) From Mid-March, the fascism started reaching its peak when Police came to Zaman Park for illegal arrests. IK prepared a bag and was ready to go but the workers begged IK not to do this being afraid of dangers to his life and for two days, defended the illegal arrest. This tale of bravery was so impressive that IK tweeted the video of Faizan as the symbol of bravery by PTI workers. They murdered ZilleShah in custody to spread fear but when IK held a Jalsa at Minar e Pakistan on March 25, 2023, it was one of the largest Jalsas in Pakistan's history. The most amazing thing was that it was Ramzan & PDM put massive obstacles to reach Minar e Pakistan, but people still found a way to get there in record numbers.

6) May 9, 2023 arrest of IK by Rangers (which comes under establishment) made everyone go to establishment buildings for "Peaceful Protests" but some miscreants sent by PDM started vandalising important buildings. PTI strongly condemns it & believes that there shall be proper investigation conducted to punish all miscreants.
Whole country knows that PTI has done only peaceful protests in its 27 year history, including the 126 days Dharna & Nov 3, 2022 protest after Imran Khan was shot (yes, PTI wasn't violent even the day IK was shot).
May 9th was the sixth Checkmate (due to peaceful protests) but PDM was so frustrated that they decided to:
"turnover the chess board & leave the game"
If anyone is "done & dusted", it is PDM because they did the unthinkable, which is the arrests of Women, Children & Elderly, & worse of it, they are blamed for very shameful acts with Women in Jail.
What has happened since is "fascism plus" in the country. Coercing of PTI leadership continues by bringing down their houses, business & abduction of family. Threats are so serious that they are quitting PTI to save the lives of their loved ones.
Since April 2022, IK & Awaam won every battle, despite use of Govt machinery by PDM. Now they have left the fight & resorted to "Gun Point confessions", hence PTI won, PDM lost!
