Yeah you are right but Patwaries tried to blackmail KP government for taking action against corrupt ones. what is that KP gov put in an option on a form for applicant's phone number and asked officials to call the applicants and ask them if someone tool money more then the gov fee or not. when gov learnt someone did the gov fired them so it's why patwaries are revolting. victim here is a common man here not a patwari.
