Naimatullah wali was wali of Allah swt. He made prediction about future which became true until today. but many still need to be proven.

well.no one can predict 100 percent future.that thing is only in Allah,s hands.but some pious ppl do see bits and pieces of truth and true dreams.
as for his above poetry its not about present era only.we live in a land known for lying and deception since ages...since mughal era and even before that the subcontinents judges only judged for the rich and priviliged and punishment was given to poor eople only.(i was reading jahangeer era,s history and corruption was more or less same like present) .
so till mujahideen take over and implement sharia this system of corruption in judiciary and government will continue.no matter if imran or his family becomes absolute rulers of pakistan.
