Is it necessary that every time IK travels to Lahore, Bushra Bibi too will come to Lahore? Why can’t she sit there in Islamabad?

Same day her hand picked cm and his wife and children visit such places the other day she visits.There seems to be some strategy working.
Good question - I think Imran khan should first hold a referendum every-time he wants to take his wife with him. This happens in true democracies.
