Pakistan's Akhtar, Riaz fined by team management for late night out in Dhaka before World Cup

DHAKA, Bangladesh Pakistan's team manager says fast bowlers Shoaib Akhtar and Wahab Riaz have been fined for breaking a team curfew while in the Bangladeshi capital.

Intikhab Alam said Friday that the pair came back 30 minutes after the midnight curfew on Wednesday.He says each player must pay a $42 fine.Pakistan has been left short of fast bowling options since Mohammad Asif and Mohammad Amir were banned for spot fixing.

Pakistan is scheduled to play later Friday in a World Cup warmup match against England
