Pakistan president to visit Russia

Islamabad, June 18 (IANS)

[HI]Pakistani President Asif Ali Zardari will undertake a three-day official visit to Russia between June 20-22 to participate in the Saint Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF), a presidential spokesman said Monday.[/HI]

SPIEF is a leading international economic and business forum held annually in Russia.

Zardari will join other world leaders in the Russia’s historic city of St. Petersburg that annually witnesses a confluence of leading decision-makers from across the globe to identify key economic challenges and engage them in finding solutions, Xinhua reported.
