I placed a paan in my mouth for the first time in my life when I was 17 years old, upon my first bite I felt like I am becoming a goat or cow, I threw it all out. Thanks to Allah I didn't get hooked on to another bad thing like Coke Cola.

پان سگریٹ ،کوکا کولا ،نسوار ،شراب ،اور دیگر نشے ایسے ہیں کہ جسکو لگ جائیں جان نہیں چھوڑتے ، میں نے بھی پان کھایا مگر ایک ڈھیر سا کسی چیز کا گلے میں اٹک گیا جسکے بعد میں نے توبہ کرلی
اسی سے منہ اور گلے کا کینسر ہوتا ہے

I congratulate you that after the first bite you threw it out just as i remember I smoked a cigarette first time when i borrowed it from a friend who was a smoker and as i didn't know the smoking way I took a deep breath to smoke it and my head started spinning so i sat down and throw the cigarette and in the same manner many in my family use to chew pan and i never liked it as all their mouth and teeth use to look red/kathai and i use to say why you eat it as it makes a lots of walls and floor dirty when they spit it and the same way their own mouth becomes dirty too.
