Best of the merit can come from any part of the Pakistan , he may be Punjabi,Sindhi,, Pathan , Baluchi, Kashmiri, Gilgiti, Sareiki , Muhajir but he will be the best Pakistani as he will be selected on merit not his Culture or quota But this Qaum e Loot is unified let’s Pakistan broken but we will not implement Merit.
