well he make sure to send the money back where it come from in form of interests on the loans they get to maintain their lavish life style, they should have make some policies and put some limits on sending money abroad, but who will do this? a person who's all assets are in dubai? he's finance minister, its his responsibility to make sure we have enough foreign reserve. People pay taxes for health, education, security etc, NOT for their Ayashi.. not a rocket science to understand, does it?

it certainly is not a rocket science as you said it. I was just alluding to the implicit statement about him embezzling the money. I am pretty sure if they loot the national exchequer, regardless of how tame a country is, it is not hidden and is brought to the central bank's attention.
Nonetheless, and to cut it short if they have earned money via the loot e.g. commission kick backs etc. that is certainly denounced and chastised.

i do agree with you but as being working in finance sector i can assure you, there are hundreds of ways how to make your looted money legitimate which they have done in past hence no one can find solid proof against them. Even all the countrymen know the fact they have looted but they have done it like a pro so no one can find a solid proof against them and they still doing it but no one care to confront them anywhere in pakistan.
