Over cricket team was defeated in semi final and out from tournament. Today invited on dinner by chief minister Punjab and also given five lack rupees to each player. We are failing to understand it that this honor is being given them for losing semifinal.
All teams which were in 2011 world cup, and out from tournament at different stages, no one team out of them except winner India not treated like Pakistani team. I am not against cricket team, I am against that activity which carried out on losing semifinal, if team win then have right to celebrate at all level and capacities.
These cash prize which paid from public exchequer, we can use for flood affectless, for education, for health and many other causes.
When over leader will be sincere to people and their needs, rights

Grow up man. They have given you hope. Although for a brief period of time but the nation was united. In the begining of the tournament no body was expecting any win from them but they show everyone that if we work hard you can do wondors. They need encouragement and praise to do good in future. As far as money for flood victims or poor people there are so many rich people in pakistan doing lavish marriege parties and functions and nobody is thinking about the poor. Even your government is spending so much money on their foriegn tours and their imported suits why should only criket team should be criticized.

To give 5 lakh rupees to each player was a very cheap shot from CM shahbaz sharif, cricket players are rich enough-give this money to the needy or give them money from your own pocket.

All of know that Pakistani politicians have no damn idea or vision how to governed the state, but with this act of rashness the CM has proven that he got no damn idea how it's going in the sports world. The PCB shall be responsible for the Players-Bonus and such things are set before the tournament. If Team reached semifinal each players-bonus should be lets say 5 Lakh, and if they reached Final and win the Cup, they would get lets say 20 Lakh, and as second positioned 10 Lakh. Where the money comes from? Of course from the sponsoring. NO TAX PAYERS MONEY. Other bonuses should have limits, so players can't get a lot of free money, but not as high of a match. This is how things work in football world.

5 lakh were given to them.hahaha
5 lakh ruppees pak players would use on tissue papers i guess.
a famous past pakistani cricket captain alleged in nawaiwaqt today that atleast 4 or 5 players of pakistan team took 250 krore ruppees each to loose semi final against india.

250 krore ruppees each:13:

so 5 lakh ruppees given to them by shehbaz shareef( the mughal e azam of punjab ) are like candy to them:lol:

This actually can also be adjudged lavish spending, for losing to India, a match they should've won. I would'nt have mind if Khadim-e-Zardari Shahbaz Sharif awarded this pricefrom his own bloody pocket. They mite've given hope if they'd beaten India and win the cup, they in turn gave anxiety and depression including a great comedian like Liaquat Soldier among the 3 who died that day watching the match. They already get praises, seldom they've won a multinational tournament in one days after Australasia Cup in 1994.
