Pakistan Navy takes over command of Multinational from French Navy

ISLAMABAD: The French Navy has handed over Command of Multinational Combined Task Force 150 to Pakistan Navy at a formal and impressive Change of Command ceremony held at HQ US NAVCENT, Bahrain.


Rear Admiral Moazzam Ilyas took over the Command of CTF-150 from Captain Rene-Jean Crignola of French Navy.


Commander US Naval Forces Central Command Vice Admiral John Miller and Commander Combined Maritime Forces presided over the ceremony and presented the resume of CTF-150’s recent successes. Senior officers from foreign Navies forming coalition were also present at the occasion.


While Addressing the audience, Rear Admiral Moazzam Ilyas, new CCTF-150 assured that his team is fully prepared to shoulder this important responsibility. CCTF-150 also lauded the outgoing French Navy team and their dedicated efforts to achieve objectives of CTF 150 during their tenure of Command and reaffirmed his resolve to continue operations with the same zeal and zest.


He further highlighted that relations between Pakistan Navy and coalition Navies continue to strengthen due to our focused commitments in support of Collaborative Maritime Security in the region and Pakistan’s resolve to maintain peace in this region.


Combined Task Force 150 is one of three Task Forces within the ambit of Combined Maritime Forces (CMF). Combined Task Force is a Multinational Coalition for Counter Terrorism Operations at sea in support of Operation Enduring Freedom (OEF). Its mission is to promote Maritime Security in order to counter terrorist acts and related illegal activities at sea.


Pakistan Navy has been entrusted command of CTF 150 for the eighth time which is a manifestation of the trust and respect enjoyed by Pakistan Navy among the coalition partners.

US tourist alleges molestation by cab driver in Delhi, FIR lodged

A 20-year-old tourist from US has alleged that she was molested by a cab driver of a Delhi-based private company.


NEW DELHI: A 20-year-old tourist from the US has alleged that she was molested by a cab driver of a city-based private company following which an FIR was registered by Delhi Police against him on Thursday.

The girl who had come to Delhi on a tourist visa was allegedly molested by the cab driver in Chittaranjan Park area of South East Delhi on July 24, police said.

"We have registered a case against the accused after we received the relevant papers from Ahmednagar (Maharashtra) police where the complainant had originally lodged her complaint and FIR was registered," said Mandeep Singh Randhawa, DCP of South East Delhi.

The FIR was lodged at Chittaranjan Park Police station and raids are being conducted to arrest the driver who has already been been identified, said the officer.

Delhi Gang-Rape: 'Juvenile' Raped Victim Twice; Pulled out Intestines with Bare Hands

The lone juvenile in the Delhi bus gang-rape case was the most brutal of all the attackers, police said.
On Thursday, authorities filed a chargesheet at the Saket court regarding the horrific gang-rape and murder of the 23-year-old physiotherapy victim.
According to the Hindustan Times, the chargesheet filed on Thursday revealed that the main accused Ram Singh and the juvenile raped her twice. It also stated that the juvenile removed her intestines with his bare hands and suggested that she be thrown off the bus.
"Of all the persons in the bus, two had engaged in the most barbarism - Ram Singh, the main accused in the case, and the juvenile," said an officer.
"Both of them had subjected her to sexual abuse twice. Singh was the first to rape her followed by the juvenile and then Akshay. Later, when she lost consciousness, Singh and the juvenile raped her a second time," he added.
A school mark sheet handed to the police showed that the juvenile is 17 years of age. A bone marrow test was conducted to confirm his age. If the bone marrow test result proves him to be a minor, then he will not be presented in the adult court.

Under the present juvenile act, the minor will be kept in a correction home and will receive maximum punishment up to three years.

[COLOR=#000000 !important][FONT=helvetica !important]ISLAMABAD: Pakistan today unleashed a barrage attacking Prime Minister Narendra Modi's remarks in Dhaka saying it was aimed at fanning hatred and souring ties with Bangladesh as the army chief pledged to foil any "evil" designs against the country.
A day after mellowed reaction from the Foreign Office calling as regretful Modi's remarks that Pakistan was creating disturbance and instigating terrorism in India, Pakistan Prime Minister's Advisor on Foreign Affairs Sartaj Aziz stepped up the attack on India in a speech in Parliament.
He said his country will take all steps to "expose" India's role in the break up of East Pakistan in 1971 and to "destabilise" it through terrorism.
Addressing the Senate, Aziz said Islamabad has already taken "strong notice" of Prime Minister Modi's statement "acknowledging" India's "intervention" in events of 1971.
"Pakistan will take all possible steps to expose India's role in the breakup of East Pakistan in 1971 and its threat to destabilise Pakistan through terrorism," he alleged.
While chairing the Formation Commanders Conference in Rawalpindi comprising top military commanders, Army Chief Raheel Sharif pledged to foil any "evil" designs against the country.
The forum took "serious notice of recent Indian hostile rhetoric coupled with their covert & overt actions to destabilise Pak", Military spokesman Major General Asim Saleem Bajwa said in one of seven tweets regarding the conference.
Sharif "reiterated resolve to defeat their designs, defend Pakistan's territorial integrity at any cost. None should dare to cast an evil eye on Pakistan," he tweeted.
"Regrettable, Indian politicians not only indulge in actions violating UN Charter, but also take pride in claiming interference in others affairs," he said in yet another tweet.
In his speech in Parliament, Aziz also urged the UN and the international community to take notice of India's "open admission" of indulging in subversive activities to destabilise Pakistan.
Aziz said Modi's statement vindicates Pakistan's stand over India's present and past policies to destabilise it.
He said it is regrettable that Modi chose Bangladesh for the statement which was aimed at fanning hatred against Pakistan in Bangladesh.
Aziz said the remarks were aimed at souring ties between Pakistan and Bangladesh which have strong bonds of religious affinity and a shared history of struggle for independence against colonial rule.
He also questioned India's credibility for claiming permanent membership in the UN Security Council, alleging that India has been violating the UN resolutions on Jammu and Kashmir.
Chairman of the Senate, Upper House of the Parliament, Mian Raza Rabbani, also condemned Modi's remarks and claimed that India wanted to create differences between Pakistan and Bangladesh but it will not succeed.
Modi in his remarks during his recent visit to Bangladesh talked about the role of his country in the independence of Bangladesh.
"Pakistan aaye din (constantly) disturbs India, jo naako dum la deta hai (creates nuisance), terrorism ko badhawa (deta hai)...ki ghatnaayein ghatthi rehti hain (promotes terrorism and such incidents keep recurring)," Modi had said on Sunday in his address to Dhaka University during his Bangladesh trip.
Recalling that 90,000 Pakistani prisoners of war were in India's captivity during the 1971 Bangladesh Liberation War, Modi had said, "if we had a diabolic mindset, we don't know then what decision we would have taken."
Pakistan's Foreign Office had yesterday said that "characterisation of bilateral relations by the Indian Prime Minister as 'nuisance' is unfortunate."
Meanwhile, in the Punjab Province assembly opposition leader Mehmoodur Rasheed submitted a resolution against Prime Minister Modi's statement in Bangladesh. The resolution calls on the government to immediately call an All Parties Conference (APC) and announce its course of action in light of Modi's statement.

In order to tackle a six months old incident in which two Kashmiri girls Asia and Neelofer were murdered in a gang rap by Indian soldiers. This incident formed the shape of an international problem and even it was noticed by UNO’s Committee for Women Rights. When India was asked about this incident its answer was: “As soldiers appointed in Occupied Kashmir stay away from their homes so such like incidents happen and cause political disturbance. However some measures are under discussion to stop such incidents. One of them is formulation of a regiment of call girls”. In order to provide reason to their act consisting of violence they revealed uncountable incidents of suicide and killings of their colleagues. In past Indian army has been hiding such incidents. These were shown to the world so that…

1. Morale of Indian army can be sustained.

2. Their deployment in Kashmir does not become a topic of discussion in lower ranks of army.

3. Such news of brutal acts cannot be used by Mujahideen for encouraging their comrades and for propaganda.

Indian army and defense ministry issued report that…

“The consultants and Analysts reached the conclusion that Indian soldiers deployed in the valley were committing suicides and killing colleagues out of acute frustration and depression. Medical and psychological consultants were of the view that since majority of the soldiers deployed in the valley were away from their wives for very long periods. They were in the grip of sexual frustrations which ultimately transformed into mental frustration”.



To this end it is true that majority of Indian army deployed in occupied army feels themselves powerless in front of high morale and passion for freedom of Muajahideen. And they understand that their govt. has occupied Kashmir through force and unjust means. While after passing 63 years there has not been a little change in Kashmiris stance. Due to which they watch themselves in the mirror of their conscience as a cruel and barbaric person. As a result they kill themselves or kill their own colleagues and think that the violence and wrongs against Kashmiris have been redressed. It is also true that Indian govt. has been thinking for long time to reduce, increasing events of such nature. There was also an advice that soldiers deployed in occupied Kashmir should be given holidays of 3-7 days every month (keeping in view the distance from deployment to home). However it was declared as impractical due to financial restraints. But the reality is definitely not the one told by India to UN Committee for Women Rights.

When matter of gang rapes with women as a policy to crush freedom campaign in occupied Kashmir, was raised to international level. India decided to hit two birds with one stone. To establish a Female Battalion consisting of professional whores, Indian defense ministry and Chief of Army Staff General Deepak Kapoor made a Committee under the supervision of Lt. General Raj Kumar Krwal (DG Training Facility of Indian Army) consisting of six members, which included Major General Kumar, Major General Sanjay Mojeo Lomba, Brig. Anil Sharma, Colonel N.K. Khanduri and Colonel Sanjay Rai. Under the default policy committee came to the conclusion that soldiers should be provided with women. Look at one paragraph of the committee’s report:

“It is not possible to provide street whores directly to the soldiers’ thus professional prostitutes should be recruited with the title of sex workers and then they should be given basic military training and should be posted in Kashmir as soldiers so that the male soldiers can establish relations with them”.



After principled decision of recruiting prostitutes as soldiers the procedure of recruitment became a problem. Neither can it be published on national level neither ad can be published for this job. At least it was decided to take help from RAW, cause in every major city of India hundreds of whores are already in contact with RAW or are on payroll(the duty of these prostitutes was to attract rich tourists who come to India, provide them with sexual enjoyment in rooms of specific hotels. Where all the scenes were recorded by spy cams and RAW utilized these recordings to black mail and use these as agents for it).



Within in two weeks RAW completed its work and a group of 300 women was given to the Indian Committee. After medical checkups etc. it was decided that they should not be made part of regular army but should be given to Northern Command. Which will be responsible connecting them with BSF and deploying in Occupied Kashmir. On 15th august 2009 all these women were given to BSF.





On the leakage of the news Journalists in occupied Kashmir contacted Inspector General Hamnit Singh and wanted with these platoon of prostitutes. Initially Hemnit Singh accepted the arrival of women but rejected the journalists contact to these women saying,

“These women have been deployed near LoC so that female terrorists coming from Pakistani areas can be observed”. It was a very strange stance from IG cause in the history of Kashmir Indian army has never encountered with female Mujahideen. When journalists show surprised over this stance, IG BSF replied, “according to some reports for terrorism in occupied Kashmir Pakistan is also training women along with men. In order to tackle this on time deployment of Women Soldiers on LoC was inevitable”.

Rejecting the stance of BSF famous intellectual of India Aron Dhati Rai wrote articles on 28th August and 4th September 2009, “Prostitute Undercover n Female Soldiers”, and “Sex Workers” (which were published not in India but in British and American newspapers). She declared it as insult to women in modern era and warned international community that in future if any Kashmiri woman is killed after being raped she will be taken as terrorist by Indian govt. Due to which new body and psychological problems will arise among women. And to tackle them will not be even in power of Indian govt. Dhati Rai also raised question if purpose of deployment of female battalion is providing sexual pleasure to soldiers, and then just 300 women are useless for 600,000 soldiers. Dhati Rai said that through deployment of these women India is acting upon its conspiracy for continuing its stay in Kashmir. For which India is ready to sacrifice innocent women.



In order to counter protest of Dhati Rai, RAW brought forward defense analyst “Rohit Sharma”. Who declared Indian army’s decision as correct. He called it is Bold Step and Creative Move. But supporting Dhati Rai’s motive, American scientist of human psychology Dr. Christina Palmer writes: Formation of Indian prostitutes Battalion is an attack to women’s identity. But it will also have bad effects on female workers already working in Indian army who have regularly joined Indian army. How can all these women justify their presence in holy profession of army, after recruitment of prostitutes?

Indian Army takes a step back in Ladakh after Chinese Troops Slap them

The army has stopped patrolling the eastern Ladakh areas beyond the site where Chinese troops have taken up positions — 19km into Indian territory — to avoid escalating the stand-off.

Prior to the Chinese incursion of April 15 soldiers would carry out weekly surveillance on foot, according to army sources.

It is not clear when Indian troops last patrolled the area before Chinese pitched tents and set up a base in the Daulat Beg Oldie sector, bringing matters to a head between the two countries.

It is understood that the government may have advised the army not to comb the sector so that diplomatic efforts are not hampered.
“As of now, there are no plans to launch patrols behind the Chinese positions. Patrolling right up to our perception of the line of actual control may be seen as provocative,” a source said.

Launching armed patrols from other directions beyond the faceoff site is likely to send out a message that the Indian Army plans to cut off the supply lines of the Chinese troops — one of the options that army has suggested to the government to counter the Chinese aggression.

Army chief General Bikram Singh had on Wednesday briefed the government on the ground situation.

The chief gave the government a slew of options to deal with the Chinese incursion, including a proposal to increase troop levels.

Three brigadier-level flag meetings between the two sides have failed to find a solution to the end the 17-day impasse.

There's growing suspicion within the military establishment that the intruding Chinese soldiers will hold on to the Indian territory for quite some time, if not permanently.

China has a tendency to ratchet up the border dispute at frequent intervals, especially before important high-level visits. The latest incursion is timed weeks ahead of Chinese premier Li Keqiang's upcoming visit to India.
