Transforming Dreams into Reality-First Digitized Land Record Service Center being Inaugurated Today.

Disturbed over the unfortunate fact that prevailing land record system, being wholly dependent on patwaris with no mechanism for counter checking is held hostage by the vicious land mafia, CM Shahbaz Sharif took an initiative 4 years back to digitize land records so as to root out the entire system of massive corruption.
It is a matter of great pleasure and satisfaction that consistent effort of last 4 years has started to bear fruits and a milestone on the road to digitization of land records is being touched, with the first Digitized Land Record Service Center being inaugurated by CM Shehbaz Sharif today. Why everthing in Lahore? Bhai punjab buhut bara hai!!

because whole south punjab now lives in lahore.they get education here, but dont go back to serve their own towns where they were born,this is making lahore a nightmare to live in now.hotter and more polluted than hell present day lahore is!

if almost half the punjabs population will gather in lahore division than ofcourse most of work will have to be done here too.its peoples fault more than governments fault actually.
my whole collage was filled with south punjabis,all later settled in lahore (though they keep abusing lahore and lahoreis at the same time too.lol).people of small towns must go back to their ancestral towns as there towns have a qarz on them,and they must develop their own areas,if population flood diverts from lahore to small towns than ofcourse these towns will progress naturally too ,and no government would than spend on lahore etc.
lahores original people also are "sick" of this so called "development".give us our old green, cool,peaceful, lahore back and take all the "progress and plazas" to south punjab please.anyday!

also its not just here but its law of world that sources are distributed on population,if lahores population is more than whole balochistan,s population than how can we spend one tenth of balochistan on lahore? as balochi rebels etc demand?naturally the sources are distributed on population bases,not land area,if land area is big but no human lives there than will you spend sources on goats and wolves!!!!!

You are racist dude. Dont start Lahore vs south punjab here, I have my family in lahore as well as bahawalpur(where I am originally from).
The reason we have to come to lahore is because we dont have business entities in southern punjab. We dont enjoy 'Hakoomti sarparasti' as much as people in lahore do. You can blame us for not establishing businesses in out towns. but what is your take on gujranwala, sheikupura. They are not as established as lahore. And they are not southern punjab either.
I have lived in Lahore, like all other Bahawalpuris, I had to come to lahore to further study. So I love lahore as much as I do Bahawalpur.


Trust me we dont have any charm to settle in Lahore and make your lahore "POLLUTED" but we dont have any choice. Bahawalpur is heaven on earth, We have University, medical colleges and what not. We love to progress not just for Better Bahawalpur but for Better Pakistan.


And people like you cannot stop us from doing that. During my stay in Lahore, I found people with big heart. and I found people like you too. So this was a reply to you and not all the lahoris who are fun loving and nice people.

Please keep your plazas and everything. Just give us our rights!!


On the distribution of sources. I agree what you have just said. But is it justice that you spent more on flyover than the whole development budget of a city.


I am not a huge fan for making southern punjab a saperate sooba however. But I support IK's idea of making smallers administration units. so that power can be trickled down to people.

Note:- Please dont start Punjabis vs Saraikis here. I am saraiki as well as punjabi..

This is a stupid move and was strted and 2004 by Pervaiz Elahi and Shehbaz Sharif is just extending it..It wont eliminate PATWARIS role at all..In this method the initial settlement will take place at Patwar and thus Patwaris will remain all powerful...
PTI wants eradication of Patwaris system from its roots and not this drama by Drama-e-aala
