In Islam there is no place for pre marital relationships between men and women. Valentine's Day and it's celebrations are Unislamic and from Islamic perspective unethical aswell. But the Onus of the Councilling and training is on the Aalim e Deen and Khateeb of Mosques and the Tarbeeat programs they device wrt Youth.

Asma Jahangir is right wrt Law. The Judge can only exercise the power which the Law and Rule Books allow him. He is not the Qaazi of a Khalifa of Allah. He has to work under constitution of Pakistan. Constitution does not allow him the right or power to give such a ruling

Orya is supporter of many organisations which kill homo sapiens because of their beliefs only. So he does not need security guards while because Asma is liberal, secular and progressive and she is an advocate of separating State and religion so She and her daughter definitely need Security because anytime She can be target for extremists, fanatics & terrorists.

Personally I have a whole lot of differences with Asma Jahangir's religious and political views and opinions but that is her personal matter. But there is no need to bash her if she is asking a Judge to remain in his constitutional limits and don't give rulings on issues and mayters which do not come under his Domain.

This Judge of IHC who gave ruling is the same extremist judge who celebrated the Shahadatt of Governor Salman Taseer and kissed Mumtaz Qadri evil murderer terrorist. He is the same Shaukat Aziz who was lawyer of Maulana Abdul Aziz terrorist of Lal Masjid who was caught in Burqa.

Agar koi Qanoon bana hai Valentine's Day k Haq mein tou usko Judge Quran k khilaaf Qanoon honay pe Overturn ker sakta hai.
