Only PTI is training it's MPA's as ministers

By having more than 2 dozen parlimentary secretaries, but non of them being given any extra pay or perks and privileages, PTI is training it's MPA's to become ministers in future. This happens in Europe but no one thinks about it in Pakistan. In Pakistani political parties, one fine morning you wake up to hear that you have become minister, with no prior training of any type.
All these secretaries will be answerable in the parliament in case minister is not available, and will do their homework accordingly. Like this they will already know the working of ministries and in future if they become ministers, they will not have any problems. By doing this PTI is strengthening institutions, no other party in Pakistan has ever thought about strengthening institutions at all. Keep up the good work PTI.

Jahaalastan mein jo jitna leader ka wafaadaar kut-ta ho ga woh utna important minister bun jaayga, na kuch pata na aqal na mot aur Pakistanion ki maar k rkhtay hain phir....

Come out of that old 90s mentality. I know PPP gives out posts to people that have no benefits but have lots of corruption earning potentials to reward them.
​PTI does not do this and there are no Benefits with the training. Forward bloc or no, those MPAs won under PTIs flag, some are poor people, young people. PTI does not need them, they need PTI, they have no vote bank without PTI.
