The name is Zaheer Abbas. (For those who don't want to bother to watch video). According to this clip, he will join PCB as Chairman after June 2016, when his tenure as President ICC will be expired.

Yes I received your email with thanks. I will personally look into the matter and update you on status. Ever since I resumed duties as Chairman, I have been a firm advocate of democracy and public opinion instead of bureaucratic methods. Hope I will be able to delve this culture down to the board. Zaheer Abbas was a great player but a very disappointing captain and I do not believe he is worth for the post. Mushtaq Mohammad or Asif Iqbal would be a better choice.

for coach we should either go with Mohsin Khan or Inzimam as both have shown great results.
