So who won?
- PTI wanted disqualification of PM Nawaz. Nawaz stays.

- Formation of JIT - Imran Khan has said in the past that he will boycott any commission. He has also said that any commission under FIA/NAB will only be acceptable if Nawaz resigns. This hasn't happened. The JIT is headed by FIA. FIA/SECP/NAB still under the PM. Will Imran take another U-turn? He just did.

- Nawaz appearing before JIT will be a dent to him politically but won't affect his office.

- SC and Nawaz was ready to form a similar commission/team an year ago. PTI didn't agree. So we just wasted a whole year.

Way forward for IK

Immediately resign from assembly and the MNAs who does not give resignation must not be given ticket again as next election is just round the corner

Act like a leader and not a politician......stop wasting our times criticise Army n SC role in preserving status quo people expect that from him......they would never let him get power.....let people know who the real culprits are

SC and Nawaz was ready to form a similar commission/team an year ago. PTI didn't agree. So we just wasted a whole year.

Hmmmm.....That's not entirely true. This JIT is not similar to the commission which Nawaz Sharif (and later Supreme Court/Jamali) offered to form. Even though one can't expect much from this JIT (since it'll be under the influence of PM office) but still this JIT will be answerable to the current bench of 5 judges of SC. JIT has no power to give any sort of verdict or recommendation. So the game will be again on Supreme Court, if by any miracle JIT completes its investigation in the given time.

By the way, Supreme Court has given (partial) verdict. They didn't leave any room for Imran Khan or any other to take U-Turn or to go against the verdict. Legally, only one thing petitioner can do. That'll be to go for the review. But that won't help much if they do not have any NEW SOLID EVIDENCE.

Imran Khan has already said 100s of times that he'd accept Court's decision no matter what. You want him to take a U-turn from this statement ? Second, even if he does, it'll demolish his politics forever for good. Not to forget he'll be dragged in Supreme Court for the contempt of court.

The fate is that he will again lose election in 2018 n 2023 if the system persists like that..........he should be agitating from now to bring about any change. .... should resign from National Assembly immediately as it is headed by a criminal n start criticising SC n Army who are the biggest beneficiaries of this status quo.........anyway they would never give him power better act like a leader than run of the mill politician

What you call the status quo maybe the only better option out of the filth. If the establishment is not letting Imran Khan become the Prime Minister then it may also mean that Imran Khan is a threat to our national security. He's already been alleged to have Jewish links when he was launched to Pakistani politics, he was after all groomed in the UK like Malala Yusuf Zai is being 'polished'. His sitting in the lap of Iranian government against Saudi led military alliance is another proof that he's against our national security when we all know that Iran has been a partner with India against our interests in the region.

What Imran Khan has today in terms of numbers of seats is only a blessing from the same establishment otherwise Imran Khan historically couldn't win more than one seat. Who won : The answer to that question is no one, yet, because the final verdict on this case is yet to be given. The current judgement says it will reserve its final verdict until the findings of the investigation, so by all means, the case is still on going.

But is a huge moral and ethical defeat for Tind & Family and all Nooners who instead of this being a case against a family turned it into a case against the party and govt. All judges have dismissed all the evidences and testimony provided by them. Two found the failure to do so, reason enough to prove them guilty beyond a reasonable doubt and disqualified him. But lucky for Tind and Nooners, neither do they have morals, nor ethics so this judgement does not effect them in the slightest for now. I guess you can call it the advantage of being a bagairat ?
