This is the link to Punjab Govt official website where they have accepted that after 18th ammendment,they are responsible for power generation..

The second para from top says:

"Following the 18[SUP]th[/SUP] amendment in the Constitution of Pakistan, the provinces are now vested with full authority to develop power projects of any capacity through public or private sector and establish required regulatory framework. In view of lingering energy crisis and opportunity provided by the new enabling framework, the Government of the Punjab decided to play a pro-active role in the energy sector. An independent Energy Department has accordingly been established to vigorously pursue power generation and oil & gas projects in the province."

For this even last year they kept 9 billion for power generation but did not produce even 1MW energy...Shehbaz Sharif is a big drama and he buys media to befool people...Iskay Ghatiya face ko expose kerna sabka farz hoana chahye

The solutions to all problems are right here. They all end with the eradication of this biased media. The media has to be put back in its limits. But right now it wont happen because its serving the interests of its masters zardari and nooras!
