Few days ago Kashif bhai you were saying that with domestic players you won't achieve much that's why you need foreign players, IK said the same thing that we'll known players required test level players if you called unknown foreign players then it's better to give domestic player a chance. IK was not talking about test players like Sammy and Samuels or Ex captain sir Viv Richards
