The only feasible thing to do by the bigwigs of Pakistani establishment is to dissolve this highly ineffective and useless concept of powerful centralised federation and give all the provinces maximum autonomy where the federal govt can only exercise its power in the domains of foreign affairs and defence of the physical boundaries of Pakistan. This subject of autonomy was recommended by the fathers of our country back in 1940 in that groundbreaking Pakistan resolution at Lahore which changed the course of the fates of Indian subcontinents Muslims in seven years time. Without taking such important steps theres virtually no hope at all to resolve any issues of Pakistan which are for the common interests of its federal units.
People like who use to have high octane levels of illusion to see the unity and prosperity of Pakistan without addressing its core issues of autonomy and transparent governance can just afford to dance on the loony tunes of imposters like Zaid Hamid and continue to hopelessly wait for the transformation of sand particles in to the dust of gold. Pakistans filthy establishment (Which consists of a lion share of Northern Punjabs influential elements) is to blame for this sort of disillusionment and lack of trust among the small provinces of Pakistan against Punjab. Years of barbaric torture, exploitation and denial of the fundamental rights of the citizens of those small provincial units have created this mess which we can view now on many of its important issues like the construction of Kala Bagh Dam and the distribution of other important financial and physical resources among the provinces of Pakistan.
P.S: Only justice and equal treatment of the small provinces can create the environment of harmony and consensus in Pakistan. Normalization of relations among the disparate communities of Pakistan can only come into fruition when we treat them with dignity and respect and not like our menial subjects which unfortunately has been the practise and norm of the powerbrokers of Pakistan since its so called independence in 1947.
