MULTAN: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) disgruntled president Javed Hashmi Saturday said that several party leaders went to National Assembly Speaker for getting their resignations approved.

Not even Imran Khan visited the speaker of the National assembly to submit his resignation, Hashmi said while addressing a press conference in Multan.

Criticising the PTIs vice chairman, he said that Shah Mehmood Qureshi delivered a speech in a joint session of the parliament and returned without announcing his resignation.

Hashmi said that cases should not be registered against the people for exercising freedom of expression.

He slammed the government turning the country into Containeristan. -Samaa

Where does it say that a member of the Parliament needs to meet the speaker personally for resignation??
The speaker has to make sure that the resignation is made freely and for this confirmation can call the member and accept the resignation.
The PPP Khurshid Shah should take back his request and ask the speaker to go ahead and accept all tendered resignations.
Enough of this rigged assembly!

Just now he accused Dr arif alvi that he said that PAT will attack the Parliament.Now if Dr arif had expressed his apprehensions still these were apprehensions on which javed hashmi made up a full story of accusations.
