No lock down in Sweden to protect economy

I have been following their progress here https://www.worldometers.info/coronavirus/country/sweden/
It seems their strategy is working because public is educated and disciplined. They follow the social distancing rules in daily life so lockdown is not needed. In pakistan/india there are millions of people with double digit IQ so this strategy would never work.
