Nisar Ali Khan's recent pronouncements and lone gunman incident of Islamabad - conspiracy theory !

A lone person with wife and children sits in a car and fires intermittently in the air , then contrary to usual practice of letting no body enter firing range , all media is allowed to rush towards the place inorder to film and people are allowed to gather as well .

The various cable channels speak out their scripts cursing government for hours . In no time the house of gunman is reported to have been searched. Gabol comes and goes , and then another PPP man comes and "Attempts to grab his gun" he fails and then suddenly succeeds as if by miracle and the gunman is hit in his leg and gives up himself to authorities.

Bad theatre ! or real event tome will tell but my penny is for the first possibility.

Anyway whatever was desired by this drama , its taste is not good.

This drama seemed directed at interior minister Mr.Nisar ali khan . Khan made two very heavy weight announcements this week , first he said that militants must decide to hold parleys or else we are ready for war . Obviously this means that more army will be put on Afghanistan side and then obviously India has to be handled by nuclear threat which can bring a serious no confidence atmosphere for foreign investment in Indian economy .

The second announcement was real worrier for many agencies. There is to be coordination between agencies and a body for that purpose is to be erected in coming months. This means that agencies will not be independent and will not be able to do businesses or hold turf unchallenged .

It seems that some additional games may also be attempted , there are retirements due of important persons . A replay of Sajjad Ali Shah type game against Nawaz Sharif is not excluded either.Current CJ seems not interested in extension foreseeing participation in such silly games.

Nisar Khan was not given CDA as additional portfolio and that his and his common relative with Raja Zafar Ul Haq was not made next incharge of army , a bit like not making Ali kuli chief in presence of Gohar Ayub as foreign minister in the late 1990s lest later not become too strong.

Nisar's strategy to restore law and order seems good and these dramas seem meant to kick him out to his petroleum ministry and let anarchy not go away.

The Bara Kahu failed bomb attempt is also strange as alleged nabbed planners are from KPK stock and bomber is allegedly from Chiniot !!

This was topi drama staged by someone in govt and agencies to check their strategy or security ? why the gunman was roaming around for so long even he was alone on some ocassions and not shot ? Bull*S. For 5 hours they could't overpower one person?

This incident is clear manifestation of lack of confidence with our law enforcing agencies owing to the abandence of criticism by media. The incident does not speak of security lapse as the culprit was stopped by the Police but do higlight the hesitation by the police caused by undue criticism and suo moto actions by the superiors courts. Few days back a insident of killing of taxi driver killing by ranger happened in Karachi. The driver was stoped by the soldier and on violation specialy in a city facing daily killings, ranger fire on and cause the death of driver. To my thinking the ranger taken a right initiative in unusual Karachi,s law and order situation. But what happened afterward the ranger was penalized by media and supemcourt also bumped in the matter. In these constraines and prevailing war on terror how a soldier would be able to take action as per situatin,s merit. Please enourage agencies to take decision and strenthen them to over come their weaknesses. The need to take brave actions in the prevailing situation is a reality however foolies can be phused to eradication but not at the expence of confidence and initative.

OK let me clarify. Nisar's strategy to curb and integrate atleast in function all type of agencies is a very good moveto restore law and order.

Poor law and order is not only due to increased militancy but also moles and even possibly planners introduced
by foreign powers in state agencies. Any move to coordinate them all means automatically scrutinize them all in real time and this increases the dangers for the moles to be uncovered.

Threat of war to militants means not small war which is already ongoing but massive war with massive forces. the only way that can occur and we can shift forces is that we try to deal india with serious nuclear threat. so that is natural course of event.

Nisar has his local and national and party rivals who would not want him getting stronger either by way of additional portfolios as CDA or by way of appointing any relative of his as chief .

Some powers never want a stable Pakistan and early indications are that some Sajjad Ali Shah type crisis is not impossible for them to create.

The way a PPP stalwart has been given chance on national TV on Islamabad lone gunman issue raises many questions about the writer of this script . How media started cursing government in no time on TV seemed prearranged exercise.

This is not good omen for political stability.

Your theory is flawed If this was all drama directed by Nisar Ali khan wouldn't he be the one becoming a hero why a PPP guy?

Ch. Nisar was hiding somewhere under his bed while all this was taking place again why would Ch. Nisar hide if he knew everything was fake?

And the fact that they actually shot the guy also shows it was legit
