Mahreen thanks for nice programme.we cannot compare our political and military situation with US.Their institutions are built on solid ground and whereas ours are totally destroyed .IN US if anyone blamed for corruption or any crminal activity, that politician or bureaucrat is discharged right away when in pakistan a corrupt politician is promoted to a minister and given a sitar-e-imtiaz.In every govt deptt , a corrupt person is appointed as head .In the west ,head of the govt have a clean record and take actions in the national interest when in pakistan most of the politicains and bureaucrats are corrupt ,criminals and selfish - no one care about the common person thats why people look towards the army as a saviour even though army is not good for the country but when the democratic govt becomes selfish ,corrupt and acting like dictators, people just want someone who care about them.Right now the situation is not good for the country because govt is not paying any attention to the people's problems ,favourtism and nepotism is looming all around if army intervene in this situation ,i dont think anyone will feel sorry for this govt.Mid-term elections are the only solution to stop the military intervention so someone else come to replace this most corrupt and incompetent govt in the history of pakistan.
