Justice Asif Saeed Khosa will head the bench

Justice Azmat Saeed

Justice Ijaz ul Hasan

Justice Ijaz Afzal

Justice Gulzar Ahmed

Justice Amir Hani Muslim will not be part of the bench.

Hearing to start from January 04, 2017.

Basically ganju gets a retrial, even before a verdict was announced in the first one. Standard of justice in Pakistan. Given the ganjus more time to produce more letters and fake documents, lets see which country does the money go to this time, it has already toured Dubai, Jeddah, Qatar and London.

Why? Doesnt he have guts to be honest and give verdit against his ex client and corrupt PM. We all know he will play his role behind the camera and support the so called bench to prolong the case or give clean chit to panama sharif. Doob maro sharam say. Pak ka Allah he hafiz hai. thats why scum of earth ch. Nisar ne kal press conference kar ke judges ko cover up karnay ke kosish ke. Just awam ko bewaqoof bananay ke kosish ke judges kisi ke rishtadar nahin hotay ..but they are alawys on sale. They have choosen bench of their own choice. Amir hani muslim un ke mutabiq naihn ho gha es ley usay utha kar bahir pehnka. Aoer chief justice ko pata hai ke woh en ke old servant hai so woh peechay beth kar play karay gha. Asif saeed khosa ne sab se zayada pti lawyers per tanqeed ke es ley woh es ko head kar raha hai .. Its completely waste of time.

Though I am not expecting much, but this is a good decision. CJ had become controversial because of his past and Justice Hani had the alleged meeting with Nehal Hashmi. So overall a good move. I wd hv liked justice Bandyal on the bench though because he is more upright. Anyways lets see.
