If u are interested in genuine debate over this issue irrespective of political affiliation i am ready to have a detailed discussion on it presenting u the facts and figures... I'm not a member of YDA and last year when they called for strike in emergencies I was the one who resigned from my Paid MO seat and still worked voluntarily in emergencies for 3 consecutive days against all the pressure of YDA..However this time round YDA has a point as this time they have only closed OPDs and that too after they had been pushed to the wall to take a step like this.. If u ppl remember almost 18 mnths back when Emergencies were closed by strike of YDA in both Federal and Punjab hospitals,the Federal fulfilled all the demands and made a service structure immediately for the doctors by which not only the doctors were given respectable pays but also their promotions,transfers and postings according to specializations were put into the system...On the other hand Punjab govt only increased 50% pay as compared to federal and CM saheb promised a service structure in 3 months..On CM's promise,the doctors called off the strike and situation was resolved.. A whole year passed and the beurocracy working in Punjab didnt introduce any system and service structure in Punjab..The reason is that if services structure is introduced,the beurocracy will then have no say in postings,transfers of doctors and the mafia that they have created with help of some top notched drs ,pharmaceuticals and MS of hospitals will be disturbed...Right now whts happening is that if doctor is introduced as MO,its pretty much possible that he will retire in the scale of MO even if he has completed his specialization and everything..KEMU the most premiere medical inst of Punjab has 71 vacant positions in faculty and on these posts ad hoc ppl are appointed by sectariat killing the merit...Can u believe that for 2 and half yrs,KEMU has an acting VC and the ppl in health dept are not issuing orders for a regular VC as the present VC is close to CM saheb and is at place 118 in the merit list...Same is the case with Principal Javed Akram of AIMC who was at merit no 34 when he was made the principal just because he is the brother of Pervaiz Malik ,the MNA of PML-N... With no service structure whats happening is that after MBBS,,,the drs of premiere institutes like KEMU and AIMC are not interested to work here and therefore they go for USMLE,PLAB<AMC etc and leave the country...For last 4 yrs Saudia and UAE have opened doors for FCPS drs so those who enter the system and do strt their FCPS ,they too are leaving after their specialization just because when u r 40 yrs of age and u have family to take care of ,U cant just ignore that u have got no future here...This masssive brain drain especially of FCPS drs is destroying the whole Post Graduate training...How will these post graduate drs get their training if there is serious shortage of skilled supervisors? Right now all these drs are demanding is a service structure which is basis for every honorable profession.. Honestly bro,the beurocracy of Punjab is making a fool out of CM saheb..Dr Saeed Elahi and these other beurocrates are making millions out of every contract that they are doing in meds in govt hosps with help of MS of these hosps..tell me why all the corrupt MS of these hospitals are never held accountable for the lack of services and third rated meds in hospitals??Its because these MS are part of this Mafia that is running the whole health dept here..For all PML-N supporters,,Talk to Zulfiqar Khosa Saheb sometime if u have access and u'll know how Health Dept is the most corrupt dept in Punjab alongwith education and how its not even a priority for CM Shehbaz Sharif..​

Absolutely No sympathy for YDA doctors due to their Brutality... All of my sympathies are with the poor patients who are being killed by these YDA doctors.. there is no difference between them and illiterate workers of political parties.

This YDA should be banned.. All its officials should be punished.. They are spoiling a sacred profession...

It is simply DOCTOR gardeee...

Dear If you think it is a matter of supporting PTI or supporting Shahbaz than it I doubt on your mentality (Sorry). It is a matter of supporting poor people and YDA are playing with the lives of poor people. A human can't even think to treat with even animals the way YDA behaves with the poor patients fighting for last moments of their lives... Dear poor patients don't come to hospital, if they are suffering from minor diseases.. Serious patients from all over the province comes for treatment... and YDA are simply killing patients. These are spoiling the image of White coats.

and it is a fact too that the doctors in government medical colleges pay subsidized fees you know very well the fees in private institutions


Among my friends those who are doctors are earning most.. even in government jobs.. and the other who is engineer was more genius, GOLD medalist throughout is also doing government job with more working hours and lesser Pay, Even those Genius people who are doing jobs in private companies earns lesser than these doctors..

All of them have many many opportunities in abroad, no one is so PROUD , selfish and dishonest...
