Most probably you are spreading disinformation. There must be families eligible for Ahsaas program in Karachi ( please let us know data, if otherwise) . Families anywhere, fulfilling the criteria. can apply. Yes rural areas have more poor, how's that unusual.

The current crisis has pushed many to edge who ought to be helped. Primarily that's provincial responsibility who have the funds - MQM might had thought this while voting for 18th amendment.
Similarly in case of Taftaan or epidemic management, opposition was quick to blame fed. But fed doesn't have doctors, hospitals and funds for heath, yet most of the equipment/quarantine facilities were furnished by fed.
Apparently Sind government has done nothing except for media games, crying for lockdown without management and shifting blames. That said, fed shouldn't let Karachi suffer by lack of compassion of Sind government and act to resolve this issue.

So you don't have data, nor do I, to make any statement.
I agree PTI mna/mpas should raise voice to resolve the issue but I'm afraid sind government will create big hurdle. Sind government's politics is targeted to turn this crisis into fed-prov conflict from he start. Whatever, fed has to do something for economic relief, force relaxing lockdown and release prisoners. I'm with you in this respect.
