Need of Police force in Waziristan

All the videos emerging from north Waziristan shows that agitators and army are in direct confrontation with each other. Since Tribal areas are now part of KPK, there is an urgent need of a police force to tackle the protesters. It is the duty of police force to handle such situations. They have training to defuse such situation with minimum damage. Army men are not trained for handling protests. Locals can be inducted in such police force who can understand the language and cultural norms and this will provide reasonable job opportunities to local youth.
