میں نے دو تین بار پیسے بیجے ہیں کچھ گھر میں خرچ کر لیتا ہے

Yeh maloom hona zaroori hai keh TB mycobacterium to nahi @barca

well barca i wish your friend the best of heath! but barca your approach is wrong desi ilaaj for TB ? its a hard core bacteria which even resist antibiotics ! mostly patients have to change to stronger meds and dose please have mercy on your friend and sent him to near by doctor for full diagnosis and check up.
Most important you have to see if TB is desemniable and contagious or not.Isolate the patient if he is in the the contagious stage and form.By avoidind doctor he is putting not only his health at risk but health of near by people and family.Its a mandatory reportable disease,doctors are required ti inform authorities in USA ,I dont know if your friend is in Pakistan or else where.
I which TB could be treated only be treated with fresh fruits and fresh air ,FYI our beloved Quaid e Azam suffered from this too but Ziarat fresh air didnt helped .Anti TB drugs are not even discoveres than i think.
His kidneys may have disseminated TB too .
May allah help him and his family.
PS I am not expert infectious diseases so pardon my mistake in this info

Its not advisable to wait too long. TB is very contagious . Government hospitals do free advise and medicines in cases like these. Tell him to take care of it as soon as possible , if for not for himself for people around him.
Yar Tell your family member or any other friend of yours to drag his *** to a doctor, It is really not that expensive to treat TB, It takes a very long time though.

First advice ask your friend to go see a doctor.

Most common medicines used to treat TB are:
Isoniazid
Rifampin
Ethambutol
Pyrazinamide

The treatment depends if the disease is active or latent.

Recent studies show that a combination of above drugs may be used for three months to prevent latent TB to become active.
