Houses will be built from loans from domestic banks which are sitting on huge deposits....anyways why are they not building any new city ? Existing cities p bojj daalo bas....and why not any city in balochistan?

No and these won’t be built with IMF money, banks will finance these houses with governments land as collateral, and these will then be sold to the public on subsidised prices. These home are not for free, it’s the same as houses are built in the UK by local authorities.
