It's called Flash floods for a reason. No amount of monitoring can stop it or the land slides in that terrain. Happens in the best of places. To blame it on PTI and try to be sarcastic about it is lame and the result of hazy morals.

Sarcasm is for the winners. It doesn't suit you.

PS: Anyone who thinks everyone from A to Z in PTI is an honest man is deluded. It's the leader that matters. Who is Imran Khan when we had hypocrites even within the Prophet's (PBUH) ranks? At least we admit that. I have yet to read a solid statement from either the Pee pee pee, or Najayz group.
