Kayani must act now, arrest the entire ruling elite, detain them in a building and hit them by drone attack. This is the only target I would not complain about. Then call fresh election in 90 days under Supreme Court supervision. Any attempt of rigging, shoot the culprits. There has to be zero tolerance against corruption if we want to restore order in the country.

An army General cannot sabotage a system that ensures that not only the General sb, but his entire future generations remain wealthy. Politicians are corrupt but fortunately, they only have access to 25% of the budget. We as a Nation, need to control organised and legalized corruption at every level and from everyone including Politicians, Civilians, Judiciary and Army as well.
