I don't think an NRO is even possible at this stage of the game, money laundering and forged documents cases are starting, and Sharif's can end up in jail and some money if not all will also be recovered. None of the establishment or any foreign players want to get involved in any NRO to make all of Pakistan their enemy as every one wants accountability and they want it now!
