Brothers, I am the supporter of PTI but any how PPP won by a narrow margin of 3,500 votes
whereas it used to win this constituency by more than 30,000 votes. It is also on the record
that Mian Nawaz Sharif challenged Yousuf Raza Gillani in 1993 but Gillani emerged victorious
by defeating Mian Nawaz Sharif by more than 25,000 votes.

The Success of PPP is due to this fact that PTI and PML(N) did not support Boson openly but
helped him secretly.Had Javed Hashmi and Shah Mahmood Qureshi done election campaign for
Shukat Hayat Boson, he would have defeated Abdul Qadir Gillani quite easily.
