عمران خان کے وکیل کے دلائل مکمل ، عمران خان کے وکیل کے مطابق این اے 122 سے18000 غیر استعمال شدہ اور 2000 استعمال شدہ بیلٹ پیپرز اور 2200 کاؤنٹرفائلز غائب ہیں۔ 77 حلقوں کے فارم 15، 53 حلقوں کے فارم 14 مسنگ ہیں جبکہ دو پولنگ اسٹیشن کا ریکارڈ ہی مکمل طور پر غائب ہے۔10 فارم 15 ایسے ہیں جن کا کوئی سیریل نمبر نہیں، 20 پولنگ اسٹیشنز کے فارم 15 پر پرئذائڈنگ افسر کے دستخطوں میں فرق ہے اور 10 پولنگ اسٹیشنز پر فارم 15 ایک ہی پریذائیڈنگ افسر کی ہینڈ رائٹنگ کے ہیں۔

تین پولنگ اسٹیشنز پر این اے 124 کا ریکارڈ ملا ہے ۔ 8174 کاونٹرفائلز پر سیریل نمبر پیکنگ انوائس کے مطابق نہیں ہیں۔30 ہزار سے زائد کاؤنٹرفائلز پر پریذائیڈنگ افسر کے دستخط اور مہر نہیں ہے یا کسی پر دستخط یا مہر مس ہے۔ چئیرمین نادرا کی پہلی رپورٹ سے دھاندلی ثابت ہوئی تو اس نے ایاز صادق کو کلین چٹ دینے کیلئے نئی رپورٹ جمع کرادی لیکن ان کے بغیر بھی دھاندلی ثابت ہوچکی ہے۔
