Even if he is convicted of perjury with the SC by pleading that he has already renunciated his UK citizenship, where in fact he has not, he will remain where and what he is. President will use his authority and pardon him like he has done before with the same Malik. Lets count number of people in NA have really resigned due to shame and humility. I count to zero, you may count it more.


And lets not forget that Malik has been installed by non other than the UK govt by one phone call to Zardari. Malik is undoubtedly an UK agent and advancing their agenda. UK had initially done it to have Malik some manage to bring the ISI under the control of his ministry, which almost did happen last year, which every Pakistan remembers and need not be repeated.

With this UK-MALIK relationship in mind, I would guarantee that UK will forge a back dated renunciation documents so Malik could present at the Supreme Court.


Now even if all was kosher and Malik did renounce, our SC (the CJ himself) is so incompetent that it would take years for SC to conclude the case and by that time Malik would have done all destruction of what is left in Pakistan.

I dont think anyone in the UK Government would be foolish enough to either get involved in the affairs of Rehman Malik overtly or back date the renunciation copy. These things do come out in the open, in that case whoever commits such fraud, his/her political career would be over. They may be providing him support, but they wouldnt do something which is criminal in their own country. Otherwise Malik wouldnt be waiting for months, it would have been done by now.
