Well, I know for sure federal law prohibits discrimination on the basis of sex, religion, race and national origin. For me moral argument is more superior than legal argument: it is moraly wrong to deny him service; especially, when you live in USA and enjoy the facilities of that country.

I did not run from this country: I am completeing my education. My Grand father and my father fought for this country: my cousin just sacrificed his life for this country. Bafoons like like need to get off from self proclaimed moral superiority.

I am aware of the birth control pills case. The pharmacist used the " Conscious clause " outlined in the Rowe vs Wade case where a physician may refuse to perform an abortion. Many states have legislation that allows pharmacists to refuse some states have forbidden it. This does not mean that anyone can refuse anything the way you have suggested. There is no evidace that this commentator is working for any news outlet he might be just a stupid individual.

Again my first question. They too are immigrants or usurpers, they came here a few generations ago so is the case with any Arabs or any other people there. They too are there for some generations now so they are almost the same, paying taxes and providing revenue to the government of USA, koi ihsan nahi ker raha banda vahan se diesel ya petrol khareed ke. Now has anybody even tried to know what the soldier might have had said for which he was denied services? He might be the cousin of this foul-mouthed person making this video or a close friend who would have had been stationed at Iraq or Afghanistan and killed a few Muslims.
