I am playing a little bit of devil's advocate here:
- Musharraf Govt is not totally responsible for Water issue because the issue started many decades ago and now at it's worst.
- Musharraf Govt is not totally responsible for today's corruption because Pakistan society has a 60 plus years history of corruption
-Musharraf Govt is not totally responsible for sugar and flour shortage because we know the current govt made it worse to make money out of the food crisis which they did and nobody cares. CJ fixed the price of sugar but ruling party used Supreme court's decision as toilet paper [funnny] [funnny]
- Musharraf Govt is not totally responsible for current economic situation because all renowned international institutions were convinced that Pakistan economy grew at the rate of 5% to 8% yearly during Musharraf time.
- Musharraf Govt is responsible for freedom of speech on TV programs which is our only source of any kind of protest today but unfortunately most of the anchors are secretly paid by Zardari Govt.

the qasida go is pretty smart. he is saving a job for himsels in case Musharraf does come back in power
