Pakistan Post need up gradation not only by introducing attractive packages but also need some moral training to their staff. Their customer service is below then zero and feels like that whole office has been invaded by the jahils.

Yes the answer to some of the problems is allocating postal code to each home.

But the major problem is the employees who dont work and till now PTI Govt has no solution to them in Post Office PIA steel.

The one who is performing should get paid as in the whole world,Suggestions of people are good but not sustainable due to lethargy and irresponsible behaviour of Govt Employees
