Pakistani authorities do not know this:

1. Swiss Banks have money transferred from Pakistan via Dubai or directly by Pakistani bureaucrats and small politicians.
2. Looter politicians are intelligent. They deal with foreign contractors who directly deposit commission into their foreign off shore or Panama Banks without touching Pakistani banks. So they can say to people and court that not a single penny has gone out of Pakistan. Sadly people,judges and many regulators in Pakistan do not understand this international transaction process.

These politicians become billionaires while people of Pakistan are deprived of water. Do not let them leave the country till we collect every penny. Dubai is Asian Switzerland. May Allah do mercy on poor people and destroy all those who have looted this poor people wealth. Swiss Banks will not affect politicians.
