Karachi (PPI): Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) leader Mumtaz Ali Bhutto has urged the opposition parties to join hands for ending corruption and bad governance in Pakistan.Talking to delegations here Saturday, he charged that the sitting rulers were incompetent and Pakistan was being run on the basis of corruption and bribery by a handful of crooks. He said the rulers who used to boast a lot about the supremacy of parliament restored NATO supply, throwing the resolution of parliament on the issue behind the back.He said now the rulers are trying to pass the bill to exempt president, prime minister, governors and chief ministers from contempt of court prosecution, which he said would be a grave violation of basic rights. He said when the other pillars of the state have to obey the constitution and law, why discriminatory exemptions should be given to the top ruling politicians. He said the wrong policies of the sitting government are damaging all national institutions.Mumtaz Bhutto said unless all opposition parties join hand the sitting corrupt junta could not be removed. He said if the opposition parties waited for next election till then the rulers would virtually ruin the country. He blamed that the opposition was responsible by giving lease of life to the corrupt rulers through its disunity and disaccord.
