Yousafzai sahib is asking to reward Popalzai sahib. In other words he wants to reward a rebel. Not any soft corner for Mufti Muneeb but he is the rep of the state on this issue and must be followed till he is there. Better still would be to remove them both and follow the Lunar calendar put up by mufti Fawad Choudhry sahib.
