personal have been making their reports after getting the information from us,
while sitting their offices. MQM never spared any intelligence agencies personal,
if ever entered to their area, thus they had very little knowledge about offices
and torture cells of MQM on ground and a very little knowledge about MQM
activities. Thus how it was possible for Brig Imtiaz to investigate the map of
Jinnahpur? How he confirm that it was not the actual? What were his resources,
where as I was never contacted, [HI]since I recovered this map along with many
other documents from Al-kerm squire.[/HI]

WatanDost is absolutely right. And this is not just a problem of MQM but ANP and PPP too. All these parties have their areas in Karachi and Sindh which they control and don't pay bills. That's why Sindh and Karachi line losses are around 40%-45%.
But these parties don't highlight this fact when they come on TV and instead shed crocodile tears that people are suffering due to load shedding, KESC should stop this, oh look it's summer time it's so hot and there is no electricity bla bla bla but they won't tell you that most people here do not pay bills. And this is happening for many years now.
