Who will really identify they are Non-Urdu speaking? For example, I can wear a Balouchi clothing and join the convention.
Permanent residence on their ID cards should be reviewed to identify that they belongs to other provisions and support MQM.... and I can bet that results will be really disappointing for MQM.
